Class Information

  1. The studio is equipped with bars, mirrors and a sprung dance floor to avoid injury and minimize the impact of jumping on the dancers legs.  The studio is also air conditioned.

  2. Classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings.   Private lessons are offered to competitive dancers only.

  3. Class sizes are kept small to ensure quality instruction.

  4. Please try to arrive to class 10 minutes early.  This will give the dancers time to change if necessary, warm-up, and provide an opportunity for parents to talk with the teacher if necessary.  Plan ahead for possible delays, such as traffic or weather.  Consistent attendance will benefit your dancer's learning, progress and confidence.

  5. Highland Dancing is a very strenuous form of dance, in which case the dancers will be tired.  Please remind your child that they need to work hard to learn and progress.  Please ensure and encourage them to class prepared - both physically and mentally.
